I called late on Friday evening and got service at 10 am on Saturday morning. I was shocked because the business is based in North Andover and my issue was in Somerville. He was so thorough and answered all of my questions . Everything about Elite Drains is tops: receptionist letting me know when he was on the way, the punctuality, the quality of the work done, methodical troubleshooting ( there were 4 drains). Their card is on my fridge and I’ve already started to recommend them.

No one ever thinks about their drain until something bad happens, myself included. Thankfully our plumber recommended Elite drains when our basement started flooding every time we showered. That same day we had someone slogging through our pipes and discovered we had a number of roots almost completely blocking our our drain. 48 hours later, they had a team out hydro jetting the problem away. The service was great, the technicians personable and professional, can't recommend them enough.
